Ok it is SWF Parser I made in two evenings converting my older experiment from C#. Here is journal with more explanations [link]
Usage:
Click open and pick swf file from your harddrive.
Program will output SWF information like size and framerate in info box and also will output SWF internal TAG structure
Versions:
0.1: Simple interface.
SWF header parsing
Tag structure parsing
Bugs:
None so far but I only tested it one a bunch of Flash9 and Flash10 files so if you find cases when it does not work please report. Also suggestions are welcome

But that's what the swf decompiler is for, but I guess it's quite expensive, so this could be handy if you lose source files.
